Refunds and Exchanges

No money refunds are available, but I always want my clients to have the perfect fit with their custom piece, so I will adjust, add length/size etc. I will always work with you to make sure you are happy and everyone has a positive experience designing and wearing their custom piece.

Due to each piece being custom made, we CAN NOT accept refunds, but we will offer to adjust your piece due to sizing error on our part, so be sure to give very accurate measurements, or contact us prior to get input how to do this. We will work with you to make your purchase special, and to fit perfect!

Once an order is placed, we buy the thread(s) and materials you chose, and we will send easy to follow sizing instructions to get exact measurements to ensure a perfect fit. Items will NOT be fully completed/shipped until all necessary info is provided. Be sure to give very accurate measurements, because I follow them exactly as I get them. Providing the most info you can (height,weight,dress size etc)and even a current picture showing coverage you desire, is very helpful to assure the perfect fit. I even send you a chart to follow to provide the relevant info.
We will however begin making your order, but we are not responsible for orders where all required info is not provided for, and refunds are not given once your threads/materials are purchased, and we begin the process.
Ten minutes of your time to get accurate measurements, makes all the days/hours of my time easier, and saves us both a lot of hassle (:
If you wish to cancel an order within 3 days from time of purchase, we can refund your money, minus the cost of thread, materials and shipping related to your custom order.
